Structural Assessment

OB Engineering Group was engaged to conduct a structural adequacy assessment of modified steel trusses within a former Holden factory building. The assessment involved forensic investigation of unauthorised modifications made to the sawtooth roof truss system to accommodate new machinery. A detailed engineering report was provided, including recommendations for structural reinforcement and compliance with relevant Australian Standards.
