Services Australia – Torrensville

OB Engineering Group provided structural engineering services for the refurbishment of the Services Australia building in Torrensville, SA. The scope included assessment of existing roof trusses for additional mechanical loads, design advice for supporting internal LGS partition walls, and certification for the installation of new rooftop HVAC units. The project was delivered in collaboration with JLL, JMA Architects, and Interior Engineering.
