Services Australia – Salisbury

OB Engineering Group was engaged to provide structural engineering services for the internal fitout of the Services Australia building in Salisbury. The scope included the removal of existing load-bearing and non-loadbearing partitions, structural assessment of ceiling and roof framing systems, and the design and specification of internal steel framing elements. Seismic restraints were designed in accordance with Australian Standards to ensure the stability of new partitions and fixtures. Site inspections, load assessments, and structural certifications were completed to facilitate a safe and compliant fitout.

OB Engineering Group worked in collaboration with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) as project managers, JMA Architects as the lead architectural consultant, and Interior Engineering for building services engineering.
