Retrospective Structural Engineering

OB Engineering Group provided full structural engineering services to support the retrospective approval of multiple additions to a residential property in Elizabeth Grove. The project included the assessment and design of structural elements for enclosed verandahs, a bathroom/kitchen outbuilding, a bar room, and a storage shed, nd included several building classification changes as part of the approval process . Our team worked closely with the applicant throughout the process until approval ensuring compliance with Australian Standards and the NCC.
