Iluka Mineral Sands – Workers Accommodation

OB Engineering Group was engaged to carry out a range of civil and structural engineering services for Iluka’s workers accommodation facilities located in Balranald, NSW.

The project includes a series of prefabricated accommodation and support modules for a remote workers village in Balranald, NSW. Key facilities include accommodation units, chemical storage, site communications, locker storage, indoor and outdoor social spaces, toilet and shower blocks, reception, gymnasium, laundry, and kitchens.
