• A valid written quote must be provided for review.

• The quote must reflect similar project specifications, timelines, and service quality.

• The competing quote must be from a comparable firm operating wholly within Australia, demonstrating similar organisational structure and service offerings to OB Engineering Group.

• Pricing must be relevant to the specific city where the project will be delivered.

• Price match requests are subject to verification and approval.

• OB Engineering Group reserves the right to decline a project if it is deemed unsuitable.

What is excluded from the Price Match Guarantee?

• Gift cards

• Cashback and coupon offers (i.e. supplier cashback or reduced price available via paper coupon or electronic codeword)

• Commercial quantities and pricing (i.e. a reduced price not available to the public)

• Stock liquidations (i.e. competitor clearance products or goods sold by a business placed into receivership)

• We reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable retail quantities.
